Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend an event you have registered for, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra cost. Alternatively, a full refund less a 25% service charge will be made for all cancellations received in writing seven working days or more prior to the event. Regrettably, no refund can be made for cancellations less than seven working days prior to the event.

Cancellation of Event and Refund

We reserve the right to cancel the event in the event of unforeseen or other circumstances including (without limitation) force majeure, safety and security concerns or decisions from any competent authority, unavailability of the venue or unavailability of key speakers, in all cases for reasons beyond our control. In the event of cancellation then, unless another satisfactory venue or key speaker is available, we will refund the cost of your ticket, less a 10% service charge for administration. We will not be liable to you for any costs, expenses or other losses resulting from such cancellation.
